How MidFry collects, uses, stores and protects business and user information.

Information we collect
We collect account and business information such as name, email, phone number, business name, address, organisation type, GST details and profile information. We process operational data including menus, tables, orders, service requests, billing settings, payment status, device/session information and support communications.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide ordering and management features, administer subscriptions, produce reports, prevent abuse, maintain security and provide support. MidFry does not sell personal or business data. Data is shared only with necessary service providers, including Firebase/Google Cloud and Razorpay, or where legally required.
Payments
Razorpay processes subscription authorisation and payments. MidFry does not receive or store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials. We retain transaction identifiers, amounts, status and renewal information needed for administration and support.
Retention and security
Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably required for security, support, accounting, disputes and legal compliance. Some billing records may be retained after deletion. We use appropriate access controls and technical safeguards, but no online system guarantees absolute security.
