Terms governing use of the MidFry restaurant and hospitality operations platform.

Service and eligibility
MidFry is business software intended for authorised restaurants, hotels, cafes and related hospitality businesses. The person creating an account confirms that they are authorised to act for that business.
A subscription provides access to supported web ordering, Android administration and Windows billing features for the selected plan.
Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and activity performed through their accounts. Customers must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, misuse customer information or use MidFry fraudulently.
Business and tax information
The subscribed business is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its shop details, menu, prices, taxes, GST registration and invoices. MidFry provides operational tools and does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
Current annual plans
Offline POS costs INR 4,000 plus applicable GST per year, per outlet, for one Windows billing computer. Complete MidFry costs INR 12,000 plus applicable GST per year, per outlet, with all currently available Windows, Android and web features. Hardware and planned third-party integrations are not included.
New annual plans use one-time Razorpay payment and manual renewal, not AutoPay. Offline POS requires internet for login, activation and licence checks, but not routine billing. Connected features require internet.
Existing plan payment and renewal
Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing and access terms. Legacy monthly plans use an authorised Razorpay recurring-payment mandate; eligible legacy monthly accounts retain their seven-day trial. Legacy yearly plans remain prepaid.
Prices and applicable GST are displayed before checkout. Existing monthly automatic renewal can be cancelled from the web billing page or Android account page.
Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep MidFry available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features and these terms may be updated for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
