Digital Delivery Policy
MidFry is delivered electronically; no physical product is shipped.

Delivery method
MidFry is a cloud software service. After account creation and recurring-payment authorisation, access is delivered electronically through the registered Firebase account.
Customers use the same email and password for the MidFry Admin Android app and MidFry Windows Billing app. Restaurant QR ordering becomes available after configuration.
Delivery timing
Access is normally enabled immediately after Razorpay confirms mandate authorisation. Bank or network delays may require additional processing time.
Support
If access is unavailable after successful authorisation, contact info@midfry.com with the registered email and Razorpay payment identifier. Never send a card number, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password.
